2025 Advantage Mentality: Owning Your Story On and Off the Field
This webinar forum will provide youth student-athletes with an engaging and impactful candid discussion with Dustin “Dusty” Vela, Division I college athlete. Dusty will share his baseball story and discuss aspects that helped change his mentality, stay motivated, and master all elements of the sport. This forum will include a discussion on mental game development and an interactive Q&A session:

- Confidence
- Focus
- Handling pressure, and
- Building resilience
- Interactive Q&A – Athletes are encouraged to ask questions, share challenges, and receive tailored advice.
