This clinic is designed to get our youth community members back into an active state following our shelter in place order. Skill development for this clinic will include: hitting and fielding skills for softball. Basic fundamentals of all aspects of softball will be covered with a progression to advanced training and game strategies. ALL SOCIAL DISTANCING AND CDC RECOMMENDATIONS WILL BE FOLLOWED AS WELL AS LOCAL REQUIREMENTS FOR SAFE PARTICIPATION. ALL PLAYERS ARE TO BRING THEIR OWN WATER BOTTLES AND SNACKS WITH NO SHARING PERMITTED. "SCRUB IN, SCRUB OUT" WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT FOR THE ENTIRETY OF THIS CLINIC. DUE TO OUR RESTRICTIONS, ONLY 1 SPECTATOR PER PARTICIPANT AND SOCIAL DISTANCING IS TO BE FOLLOWED.
Players will be instructed on hitting, fielding, and game strategies. As the case with all NMAD clinics, instruction will be modified to players level of the game of softball.
