Programming from Taylor Catrett and Colin Baroy of Creed Strength & Fitness. Each paying member will have the opportunity to workout 3 days a week. Coached by Colin Baroy and Ember Whipple, these sessions will focus on proper form and technique as well as pushing you in your training. This is a great opportunity to get your workout in as your athlete is doing their training
ALL SOCIAL DISTANCING AND CDC RECOMMENDATIONS WILL BE FOLLOWED AS WELL AS LOCAL REQUIREMENTS FOR SAFE PARTICIPATION. ALL PLAYERS ARE TO BRING THEIR OWN WATER BOTTLES AND SNACKS WITH NO SHARING PERMITTED. "SCRUB IN, SCRUB OUT" WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT FOR THE ENTIRETY OF THIS CLINIC. DUE TO OUR RESTRICTIONS, ONLY 1 SPECTATOR PER PARTICIPANT AND SOCIAL DISTANCING IS TO BE FOLLOWED.
