In collaboration with Creed Strength & Fitness, this class is designed to provide players with high-level instruction on strength training. Players will be put through a 3 month periodized weight-training program that will build muscular endurance, strength, explosiveness and power. Training will consist of 4 different training blocks that will gradually progress each 3-4 weeks. Athletes will be taught form and technique with the emphasis on moving well and creating better movement patterns. Exercise prescription will take your sport into account and help you develop into a better athlete. Strength training will enhance your athletic ability as well as help with injury prevention.
IF YOUR ATHLETE IS A LATE START TO THE PROGRAM THE PRICE CAN BE PRORATED AND THEIR TRAINING WILL BE MODIFIED TO THEIR LEVEL IN RELATION TO THE WORKOUT.
ALL SOCIAL DISTANCING AND CDC RECOMMENDATIONS WILL BE FOLLOWED AS WELL AS LOCAL REQUIREMENTS FOR SAFE PARTICIPATION. ALL PLAYERS ARE TO BRING THEIR OWN WATER BOTTLES AND SNACKS WITH NO SHARING PERMITTED. "SCRUB IN, SCRUB OUT" WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT FOR THE ENTIRETY OF THIS CLINIC. DUE TO OUR RESTRICTIONS, ONLY 1 SPECTATOR PER PARTICIPANT AND SOCIAL DISTANCING IS TO BE FOLLOWED.
