4:00-5:15pm - Grades 6th-8th | |
Focus will be on proper body positioning, form, and technique to build upon a strong fundamental base for athletic participation. Body weight exercises and introduction to weights/load will be incorporated in strength training. Various training tools will be utilized to enhance muscle sequencing for maintaining what they gained for individual and group competitive activities. |
