In collaboration with Creed Strength & Fitness, this series of courses are designed to provide players with high-level instruction on strength training to maintain strength and health throughout the season. Through a 5-week periodized program, student-athletes will train for staying strong and healthy. There will be 2 or 3 days a week session options consisting of strength training. Student-athletes will be taught form and technique with the emphasis on moving well and creating strong movement patterns. Exercise prescription will take your sport into account and help you develop into a better athlete. Strength training will enhance your athletic ability as well as help with injury prevention.

Body weight exercises and introduction to weights/load will be incorporated in strength training. Various training tools will be utilized to enhance muscle sequencing for maintaining what they gained for individual and group competitive activities.
