In collaboration with Creed Strength & Fitness, this program is designed to provide players with high-level instruction on off-season growth in stregth and power. Student-athletes will be taught form and technique with the emphasis on moving well and creating strong movement patterns. Strength training will enhance your athletic ability as well as help with injury prevention.

Focus will be on proper body positioning, form, and technique to continue to build a strong foundation for athletic participation. Body weight exercises and weights/load will be incorporated in all strength training. Various training tools will be utilized to enhance muscle sequencing for gaining strength for individual and group competitive activities.
