For NEW & EXISTING Participants to Join
In collaboration with Dorin Performance Training (DPT) and PEAC Performance (PEAC), this introduction to Movement Training (speed and agility) program is designed to provide younger, early sport athletes (9-12) with high-level instruction on the sport movements of running, jumping, landing safely, and throwing of medicine balls. Throughout the sessions, student-athletes will learn sprint/acceleration mechanics, multi-directional first step quickness, how to maximize their jumping/power abilities, how to land safely and correctly, as well as how to throw heavier objects safely and effectively. All sessions will include proper and progressive warm up/cool down periods, soft tissue mobility work, and movement drills specific to the training day and session goals.
