This four-session program is designed for high school players who are interested in college level play.

The program offers:

1. Advanced instruction on hitting and defense
2. Group discussion on academic and athletic planning (e.g., high school courses, grades, college type and fit, and recruitment activities).
3. Proteus workout and suggested strength and conditioning routines.
4. Introduction to communication with colleges and player profile development.
